Three senior people. The output of a much bigger team.
KWERY is Marko, Sergio and Joe, plus the AI systems they've built around themselves. The humans own judgment, relationships and every final decision. The systems make the work faster to investigate, easier to repeat and harder to lose.
The people you'll actually work with.
No account managers, no juniors, no handoffs. The people below are the people who do the work.
Marko Minka
Marko leads strategy, paid search and measurement. His default question is "why is this working?", followed by its more expensive twin, "why isn't it?". He started KWERY to close the gap between what agencies promise in the pitch and what they deliver in month six.
Sergio Padierna
Sergio builds the data systems the strategy stands on: conversion tracking, PPC mechanics and automation. He likes getting into the machinery of a business and finding leverage: a system that makes the client and the team smarter every month, not just a better campaign.
Joe Powell
Joe has spent over fifteen years unpicking, analysing and reinventing customer experiences. He's the reason our landing-page and conversion work starts from the customer's "why" instead of a template.
"The large agencies felt mechanical — so much time spent explaining what's not included in the package. With KWERY, the weekly calls are with the operators themselves. They understand our account because they're the ones actually doing the work."
And the systems that multiply them.
Around the human team sits a working AI layer we built for ourselves and run every day: agents, skills, structured knowledge and review gates. Every one of them is a system with a job to do, a standard to meet, and a human who signs off on its work.
Market, competitor and customer research, assembled from live sources and refreshed as the market moves.
A structured knowledge base consulted before recommendations are made, with the lookup logged.
Meetings and sales calls mined for decisions, objections and patterns, automatically.
Data pulled, compared and drafted into decision-ready reports for human review.
Quality checks that run before a human signs anything off. The gate is part of the system.
The humans make the calls. The layer makes sure nothing gets lost, forgotten or half-checked.
Why three people build systems like this.
The usual way an agency grows is layers: juniors do the work, seniors do the pitch. It's the exact experience most of our clients came to us to escape. So we grew a different way. The same three seniors stay on your account, and the systems carry the research depth, follow-through and consistency that judgment alone can't sustain.
Asked what he'd do if KWERY didn't exist:
"I'm just panicking right now about what it would be like to actually go looking for another agency. It sends shivers up my spine."
Work with the people who do the work.
One conversation is enough to tell whether we're the right fit, and you'll be talking to an operator from the first minute.
